Once you've got your GCSE results, you can begin the College's enrolment process!
Enrolment commences on the day you get your results. From 9am on Thursday 21 August until midday on Wednesday 27 August you will be able to access our online enrolment system. This is where you will upload your GCSE results and confirm the subjects you want to study at the College.
To complete this first stage of the enrolment process, you will need:
to upload a photo of your GCSE results - please make sure all the information is clear. We need to see your full name and ULN (unique learner number), the school's logo and your results. You should also upload evidence of any results received in Year 10.
to upload a passport style photo which will be used for your College ID.
Once these have been approved a member of staff will review your results and course choices.
If entry requirements have been met, and there are no course changes you will be sent notification through the portal to confirm your programme of study.
If you have not met entry requirements for the courses you have chosen, a member of the enrolment team will call you to discuss your programme. Course requirements can be found here https://farnborough.ac.uk/course
If you would like to change a course/courses you can opt to speak to a member of the enrolment team.
Please remember to you check your emails on a regular basis during this time so you don't miss any communications from the College. Please also be aware that you may be contacted on a withheld number, so need to ensure you pick up the call.
Once you've successfully enrolled, we will then invite you via email to our Induction event to prepare you for the first day of term!
College Charter and Code of Conduct
As part of enrolment you will be asked to read and agree to the College's Charter and Code of Conduct. You can read them here.
